Hired him for an apt.clean out,which he did do a good job at and was paid $300.Today we receive multiple calls from towns where he illegally had duped all the trash along the road.He was hired to clean out my stepfathers apartment ,who had recently passed away.So as you can imagine we need this like we need a hole in the head.So just watch out for JOSH from Haverhill(I will leave his last name out),what a scumbag.The good thing is three towns and the EPA are now after him,I hope he gets...
