Downtown apartment share (starting June) (Manchester)

27 year old male professional living currently in downtown Manchester in the Lofts @ Mill One with my best friend and his girlfriend who will be moving away to Florida this summer, likely June 1st when our lease ends. Putting out the feelers to see if anyone else is looking for a roommate either here or at one of the other downtown Manchester apartment complexes. My preference would be to stay in this building (it's quite nice and a great location) but to move upstairs as we live in a basement-level unit. Would be willing to explore other downtown options like Manchester Place or Wall Street potentially as well.

I work for a financial services company in NH (you can probably guess which one) and would be likely seeking a one-year lease for now. Prefer someone in a similar situation, maybe even a coworker at my company, or at least with steady employment and within a couple years plus or minus my age. These apartments are a steal by Boston standards but they're on the pricier side (around $1600-1700 total monthly) for the area so ideally you're okay with that. Friendly, non-smoker, fine with parties on weekends and visitors. I'm no neat freak by any means but I'd rather not be cleaning up after anyone. For hobbies, I'm into weightlifting and wouldn't mind a gym buddy, and I also dabble with the guitar. I'm also a big craft beer enthusiast.

A few things...I am in a relationship myself and we live an hour apart and spend weekends alternating at each other's place so that'd have to be okay (we keep to ourselves and you'd have the place to yourself basically every other weekend!). As for you, having company over is fine by me, and I'd also be open to exploring a similar situation to where I'm at now if a couple is looking to share one bedroom in a 2 BR unit and I'd have the other, and we could figure out a fair rent situation. Cats and dogs are absolutely great. LGBT-friendly, smokers I'm cool with if you do it outside, don't be a jerk, etc.

Like I said, this is exploratory at this point more than anything, I have a backup plan in mind but staying downtown would be my preference. If you've never lived in downtown Manch before, it's fantastic - bars and restaurants aplenty, Gold's Gym right down the street, abundant visitor parking, and the Mills lets you park at a nearby garage during snowstorms (the other places I'm looking at have their own garages anyway). And it's basically all young professionals these days.

Let me know if you're interested and tell me a bit about yourself, and we can chat.
