I'm looking to rent out bedrooms in my house, located in the popular Baldwin Park area near Audubon Park Elementary School. Located just minutes from downtown Orlando. It's just like brand new and a very nice quiet place to live.
I'm a hardworking professional male. I'm not a partier and I'm looking for the same. Roommate must be a very clean person!!! No exceptions!!! It's a shared apartment/bathroom space & I don't get along well with messy people. So I prefer the same. Treating my home and your roommates with respect is a must. There is a fenced yard and a porch. I am looking for clean, neat, responsible tenants. The house is to be taken care of and kept CLEAN, including your room/bathroom. EVERYONE shares in house cleaning/chores. Must work outside of the home, full time, and have own car. Please be able to show a proof of employment.
I'm looking for a 1 year lease. I may also consider 6-months. The monthly rent is all inclusive! I prefer monthly rent in the beginning.
So the electric, water, cable, high speed internet, garbage pickup, is all included in the monthly rent. First month's rent and security deposit is required. The application fee is $50.00 the rents are from $600 and$700 . The security deposit is same as the rent. I can split the security deposit up over two or three months, if needed, for the right person. (30 day notice to vacate room for any reason).
Available move in date will be 8/25, but I'm pretty flexible.
