A deposit is required for extensive services (example: loc extensions). This non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the price after service is rendered. Shampooing and conditioning are included with every service. Shampooing at home will not reduce the service price. Products are provided. If you choose to bring a product it will not be used if it is petrolatum, wax, or gel based. Coupons can not be combined with other specials. When booking an appointment please be mindful that each service needs to be booked in conjunction to another. For example, color and loc maintenance; both services need an appointment. There is an "add service" option when booking appointments. We encouraged you to take FULL advantage of online booking for appointments. This option will GUARANTEE an appointment unless in the case of an emergency in which stylist is unavailable.
Scheduling your appointment:
If appointment site has redirected you it is simply because you have not signed up/in to the website. (Iphone users may have issues due to browser)
Selecting an appointment time:
If you are redirected it is because that time is NOT available for your service option. You will need to select a different time and/or date.
Cancellations must be done within 24hrs prior to the appointment date. Hours of operation are subject to change without notice but will not affect prior appointments that have been accepted/confirmed. All card transactions are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
