21+ preferably, not a pothead or talks about smoking weed 24 7, have gear that's not garbage and can play fast and hard. This is a new band with members from bands that broke up that have toured, did the whole record label thing, etc. Looking for someone who is dedicated to play but not looking to make a paying career out of this.
