MUST have your own tool for your specific trade- and your OWN reliable transportation
Must be quick and efficient- able to fulfill daily task lists- work without supervision
Starting pay is $14-16 Hourly- I pay every 2 weeks- pay is 1099 for first 90 days
If you are not capable of doing the trade you claim you can do- you will be dismissed the very first day. If you show up without tools for your trade- you will be asked to leave prior to work starting and you will not be paid for wasting your time or ours. We have alot of work- but do not have time for idiots. We are a drama free worksite and we intend to keep it that.
