I'm looking to hire a general contractor/handyman ASAP for a property located in Baltimore, MD. Contractor must have proper tools and skill set for job. Additionally, parts/materials that are needed to complete jobs must be purchased by contractor (with receipts) for full reimbursement following job. 100% payment will be made following job (no payment will be made until job is complete and inspected by the owners for approval).
