1) It is made of Plastic, it is Black and White, it is Electric with an inline switch.
It does not have a light. It is like a piece of Art in motion. When you turn it on, it starts the motion similar to a Kaleidoscope. The designs are always moving and changing. It works fine. I took a few pictures to try and show you how the design is ever changing. It is almost hypnotic.
I think it would look Great in a Teen's Room, Man-Cave, Bar, Game Room, anywhere you want to make it a little more interesting.
