Large apartment complex has 25 units that need to be completely renovated. Need experienced trades as follows:
1) Bed, Tape, and mud and install sheet rock
2) Painters
3) Handyman type who can repair faucets, install sinks, toilets, cabinets, minor electrical
4) Ceramic tiles for showers,
5) Floor tiles
6) Licensed Electrician
7) Roofers
8) Carpenters, framers
9) Gardeners/landscapers
10) If you are a jack of all trades and are fast and efficient at running a crew I would be interested in speaking with you.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
This can be for a person who is in between jobs for a few days, several weeks, or maybe a month. It might even become a permanent job for the right person.
Must have all your own tools to do the jobs that you are applying for
Apartment complex is located at 509 s. Ryan ave in Sanford North Carolina. It is 1 hour south of Raleigh NC.

Workers might be allowed to stay in a vacant unit over night instead of driving back and forth. Units are empty so you would have to bring your own sleeping stuff etc.
Compensation will range between $9-$15 depending on whether you are a helper or experienced tradesman with tool, truck licenses, speed at which you work and years of experience .
All workers will be paid cash at the end of each day
