I work full-time for a company doing industrial electrical maintenance, all night shifts, so my days and evenings are usually open. I can help you with your electrical problems. Anything you have: fix non-working switches, shorts and tripped breakers, outlets, door bells, intercoms, replace ballasts and lamp sockets, run 240V power to washer, dryer, air conditioner or electric range, install additional lights, recessed lighting, hang light fixtures, etc. etc.

I install chargers for Tesla and all other electric cars (Nissan Leaf, Toyota Prius, Fiat, Smart, etc), NEMA 14-50 and custom chargers.

Landlords: I can be your regular on-call electrician and plumber for typical apartment maintenance tasks, with response time of only a few hours. Calls placed before noon are usually completed the same day. Plumbing repairs are limited to maintenance: leaking faucets and sinks, running toilets, clogged drains, garbage disposals, replacing water heaters, etc.

I also do data networks and phone cabling for businesses (CAT5 Ethernet, security cameras, etc).

My rates are low: I don't depend on these extra jobs as my main source of income, so I can charge less than others. I've been doing this for over 20 years, licensed journeyman electrician, and can help you when it's most convenient for you.

Typical service call costs $50 (like non-working light, tripping breaker, replacement of switch, electrical outlet or light fixture). For larger jobs I'll give you a free estimate before starting. I charge fixed price per job, not per hour, so you will know your total cost before work begins.
