Electronic Repair Subcontractors Needed ASAP (Nashville)

United Service Source, Inc. (USSI) is seeking an experienced and qualified technician who is capable of servicing residential and commercial Consumer Electronics repairs for in-warranty manufacturer repair work as part of our nationwide network.

United Service Source, Inc., based in Melbourne, FL is a nationwide service company with service provider contracts with major appliance and consumer electronics manufacturers. We have been in business for nearly 30 years employing subcontractors across the country to fulfill work orders for Appliance / TV / Laptop Repairs, Digital Signage and Digital Menu Boards, VSAT, Home Automation, and more. There is no job too big and no detail to small for us. We are constantly growing and taking on new projects, because of this we are always on the lookout for quality technicians.

Applicant requirements:
• Have experience conducting appliance repairs and be willing to conduct these repairs in a residential setting
• Have a reliable form of transportation
• Have a reliable form of communication (cell phone preferred)
• Have access to a personal computer
• Have a reliable address where we can ship parts to
• Have access to a digital camera / smart phone to take pictures while on site
• Have the appropriate tools to complete assigned work orders
• Furnish Certificate of Insurance meeting USSI Insurance Requirements (see below)
• Be able to pass a background check (see background check policy below)
• Good customer service skills, punctuality and attention to detail
• The ability to lift heavy objects and understand service/technical manuals
• Must have business casual dress attire
• Provide USSI with a zip code list listing coverage areas and rates

Technician Benefits:
• Technicians receive access to free training to receive manufacturer certifications
• Technicians have access to Manufacturer User Manuals
• Technicians have access to USSI's technical support for repair assistance

The insurance requirements are as follows:
o General Liability -- Requirements
 Residential Work Only
• Minimum $500k per Occurrence/$1M General Aggregate (per Project)
• Additional Insured
o National Service Source d/b/a United Service Source, Inc., the Owner and all other parties as required by contract are named as Additional Insured (including Completed Operations) on a primary and noncontributing basis. (Please attach a copy of Additional Insured Endorsement form). "
 Commercial and Residential Work
• Minimum $1M per Occurrence/$2M General Aggregate (per Project)
• Additional Insured
o National Service Source d/b/a United Service Source, Inc., the Owner and all other parties as required by contract are named as Additional Insured (including Completed Operations) on a primary and noncontributing basis. (Please attach a copy of Additional Insured Endorsement form). "
o Auto Liability -- Requirements
 Commercial Policy or Personal Policy rated for Business Use
• $100K minimum
o WC -- If required by your state

Background Check Policy:
• $75 self-funded background check must be completed by USSI
o Background check fee is refunded upon successful results and completion of your first job with USSI
• If you have completed a PlusOne Solutions background check within the last year we will waive your background check fee, but we still need to process your background check.

Background Check Disqualifying Factors:
Individuals whose background checks return a conviction or pending decision of the following criminal activities are ineligible for enrollment as a USSI Residential Repair Technician:

• Crimes Involving Theft and Dishonesty (i.e. Fraud, Larceny, etc.)
• Crimes Involving Destruction of Property (i.e. Vandalism, Arson, etc.)
• Violent Crimes (i.e. Assault & Battery, Domestic Abuse, Murder, etc.)
• Severe Drug Related Offenses (i.e. Possession with the Intent to Distribute)
• A History of Sexually Based Offenses (i.e. Being Registered a Sex Offender)
• This in no way constitutes an agreement, all background check decisions are pending USSI review.

Service Call Completion Requirements:

• Technician completes Quality Assurance Checklist with Customer Signature and upload to USSI Virtual Office/Samsung Tech Portal
• Technician is required to take Before and After Photos of the unit that was repaired along with photo of the serial number and firmware update. Photos will need to be upload to the USSI Virtual Office/Samsung Tech Portal
• Technician is required to return all CORE and NEW parts for job that was completed with USSI return
