The schedule is one where you control- can be as flexible as you wish, up to 45 hours/week or 10 hours/day and the cost averages to a little less than $10/hour.
In addition, all are prescreened and prequalified having passed a 17 point screening process which includes a background check, psychometric tests, personality profile and references. All receive 32 hours of training and infant toddler Au Pairs receive more training. Infant Toddler Au Pairs must have a minimum of 200 + hours and many are CPR certified.
