Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant Technical Coordinator (New Hampshire)

Small Technical Services Company looking to hire part time administrative assistant / technical coordinator / virtual assistant in New Hampshire. We help other small businesses with their technology challenges. Though it isn't your job to be the technical guru, it will help if you (1) have a firm grasp of all computer systems required by a modern executive assistant / office coordinator and (2) are capable of quickly learning technical skills. You must have your own reliable computer and internet to start this position. In time a company owned computer may be provided to you as your workload increases.

If you are reliable, honest, efficient, punctual, organized and discreet, this job may be for you. Extra points if you are a people person and don't mind fielding some calls / email conversations so the tech nerds don't screw it up with the normal people.

Position involves administrative tasks, research for technical projects, communicating with clients/vendors/partners as well as transcribing dictation from a very forgetful boss who really needs some help. You may also work internally as well as on customer projects to organize and streamline business processes. You will have to maintain a ratio of external work vs. internal work. (IE you must earn your keep!). Some external work pays more per hour. The more your talents surface and the more you help us help our clients succeed, the more money you will make. As such, impeccable timeline management and organization skills required.

Starting 5-20 hrs a week at $12-$16 an hour depending on the project. Room for growth and pay raises if you prove your ability to help increase the company's bottom line.

Almost all work will be done via telecommuting. You will largely be free to work on your own schedule. Disabled? Home bound? Stay at home Mom/Dad/Grandma/Grandpa? If you have the right skills this position could be for you.

Position may require a trip to a mailbox twice per week. If you are house bound or immobile for any reason that's OK!!! Please let us know. We can make other arrangements to get the mail.
