I'm seeking an individual, or possibly two (if you work with someone else as a duo, all the better) that is experienced in refinishing hardwood (red oak, 2.25"x3/4" select+). Specifically, I need you to be able to:
1. Sand down and repair (if necessary) existing floor (approx. 500 sqft)
2. Sand down new floor (approx. 1000 sqft)
3. Apply water-based stain (approx. 1500 sqft total)
4. Apply three coats of polyurethane (approx. 1500 sqft total)
I will supply all material and equipment necessary (you may specify what equipment to rent). Haven't purchased stain or poly, so am certainly open to suggestions for products. Stain must be water-based.
We can possibly make this a weekend gig to work with your normal work schedule. Or maybe Fri, Sat, Sun.
Paid in full at end of job, cash. Possible work in the future!
