I'm looking for someone who has reliable transportation, good work ethic, your own tools or most of them and can work with little to no supervision at times. Must be drug and alcohol free on jobsites and able to work 30 to 50 hours per week with weekly pay.

Pay depends upon experience:
* someone who can show up on time and ready for work
* we do a lot of painting, so using a brush and knowing how to paint properly is priority along with using a caulking gun
* basic plumbing, replacing toilet wax ring or a flapper or running a snake down a main line
* work on a ladder occasionally, must not be afraid of heights, we clean gutters a few times a year and sometimes do flashing siding or roofing repairs around chimneys or siding repairs that would require working on a ladder
* we do painting to complete kitchen or bathroom remodeling
* we work on rental properties and customer homes,so you must be able to look and act professional
* must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites
* must have good work ethic and perform jobs in a timely manner and sometimes work with little to no supervision
* hours can vary depending upon work schedule
