I am a very experienced real estate investor with a great track record ( mostly flips). I am looking to pick up rental properties to hold long term and am seeking a private lender who will finance my purchases at 80% of purchase price at 6%.

You will have a first deed of trust and all deals will go through escrow and will have title insurance. Payments can be deducted automatically from my bank account every month. Seeking a minimum of three years, preferably longer.

Most of the purchases will be in the bay area up to Sacramento. I have an excellent track record that I will gladly email any interested parties and you are even welcome to visit my current projects. This is a far better return (that has collateral) than any banks, bonds and most stocks.
