Winter in Florida Keys
I am looking for someone who has extensive plumbing experience to assist me in doing the plumbing for a new house in the Florida Keys. He must know the code well and demonstrate that. A copy of the code in that area can be provided. In someone knows the code well in his area, the changes will be minor. The house there is liveable now; there is electric and the outside is done.
If someone is truly interested in staying for a while in the Keys, he can send me a proposal with convincing information that he has the knowledge and experience necessary. There are many persons from Craigslist who are just interested in a fling in the Keys, and the work will not be done.
Once we are on the same wavelength, I can provide all the details. We would have to meet first here in the Northeast. The work will be done in the late fall or winter. I assume this would entail a good week's work with a helper. You can check what housing costs in the Keys during the tourist season.
