Duties include:
General carpentry (ex. install wood due to damage from leaks, doors etc)
Tile Work
Sheet Rock and prep
Painting
Floor work -- Wood, Tile and Ceramic.
Plumbing & Electric
Detailed Oriented
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN POWER (not just hand) TOOLS.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO JOB SITE.
MUST BE RESPONSIBLE.
