HEY PEOPLE READ THE ENTIRE AD , ONLY WANT GROWN UPS THAT WANT TO WORK , IF YOU EMAIL ASKING QUESTIONS THAT ARE ALREADY IN THE AD I WILL DELETE CAUSE THAT SHOWS YOU CAN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.Looking for 2 or 3 experienced shingle roofers to add to one or both of my existing crews , NOT LOOKING FOR ENTIRE CREWS must be able to do all phases of shingle roofing from tear off to clean up to installation.If all you can do is shingle that's not enough , you must be able to cut in pipes and valleys properly and run step flashing. You must wear safety harness if you won't don't waste your time or mine. Pay is a percentage of job and is 1099 job , you will be an independent contractor so you will have to get a workers comp certificate , I supply the liability insurance . The crew which is all independent contractors get 75% of job which they split , usually averages between 20 - 25 and hour but this IS NOT hourly work . If you can do the work right and follow the rules this could lead to a permanent position and I have plenty of work and we work year round unless bad in winter which usually mainly happens in January and February . If you can do metal work including soldering you will get an immediate tryout. Contact me to set up an interview.
