Family of 7 seeks a SINGLE level 3 bedroom home in Boise only hide this posting unhide

I am a homeschooling mom, my husband is a federally employed United States Army Veteran. I stay with our 5 children and teach them at home while he works. That is the extent of our lives. Work and home that is it. We don't drink, don't smoke substances legal or illegal of any kind, do not ever have loud music turned up, keep our home immaculately clean on a daily basis, NO PETS as we believe they are an unnecessary mess and expense we refuse to have. We have our own lawnmower and prefer our yard be kept up and GREEN. We are more than capable of handling minor and moderate repairs to save your time and money. We are intensely private very quiet people, who never bother or hassle our neighbors. We love our privacy and just being left alone. Our current landlord would describe us as "the ideal tenants."
You may be curious why we would like to find a different place to live, if we have it so good where we are at. That is because of my current medical needs necessitate and require that we obtain single level housing. This home we are in is a split level home that is no longer working out for us because of the stairs. I don't want to put my medical diagnosis on here for the world to see, but I am more than happy to discuss this in person for interested parties.
Single level, washer dryer hookups, central heat and AC, fenced yard in front or back, 2 or 3 car garage for our truck and car, dishwasher, 2 or more bathrooms, out in the sticks so we have our privacy and won't be bothered by anybody. These aren't all required obviously, it is just what we would "like" to have.
Though we could easily qualify to rent from a property manager, we would prefer to rent from a private owner because of many reasons. You keep the 4% to 8% they charge as a fee to you in your pocket, we get to be more than a name on a lease, amongst many other things that make it much more beneficial to rent from a person (for you and us!) rather than a company.
Though I won't be ready to move until mid January at the earliest, up until mid February most likely, I am starting our search early to find the ideal home for us in an adequate amount of time. Rent in the range of $1400 as that is what we are currently paying for this 5 bedroom 2 bath that we rent.
Obviously our wants for our new home are totally negotiable, as is the amount we're able to pay. I put $1400 as a starting point for an amount.
Please consider only LONG TERM for us, as that is what we desire. 2 years or longer (forever if you'd let us!) as we just want a forever home.
Please send me an email if there's a house coming up for rent that you own or know of, that can generally meet most of what is in my ad.
I look forward to hearing from you about our new to us!
