So, what is it?
I sell clothes online. I buy large lots of closeouts, and sell them online. If I buy a shipment of 50 identical sweaters, for example, they sell better if I have someone model one of them. You will be modeling shoes, pants, blouses, blazers, outerwear, sundresses, cocktail dresses, hats, etc. We are not asking you to model undergarments or lingerie.
What are the qualifications? You must be physically attractive, have a vibrant stage presence, and want to make a few extra bucks in your spare time. Poise, grace, expressive posture, and a good attitude a must, but experience not necessary. No drama. We will need models from time to time, as the need arises.
Right now, we are trying to line up and qualify the right young lady or ladies for our first campaign this spring. Please reply via e-mail only, with the following included or attached:
1) Your measurements. We are looking for real women, so don't feel that you have to tweak the numbers. They are to include:
2) The size you typically wear. Yes, some garments run large or small, but what size fits you best? At present, we are not looking for models of size larger than 10. Please include:
- Dress size
- Shoe size
3) Demonstrative photos. "Comp card" pics, at a minimum, but better photos will include:
- Face from portrait (looking into camera), profile (side), and 3/4 (in between)
- Body, from angles that demonstrate your proportions
- Legs, from angles that demonstrate your proportions
We are looking for photos that allow us to gauge whether you have the look we are looking for, so they need to showcase your look, bearing, and presence, but do not need to be professional quality.
