Innovative, progressive concepts. We are a private agency providing adult lifestyle services. We are revamping our services and agency and seeking a motivated, driven, female assistant to help build our agency, services and more.
We are looking for a self starter that is progressive, open minded, driven, motivated, organized and can get things done. This position is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and developing talent. Also responsible for hiring and training support staff, bookkeeping and all aspects related to promoting, building and growing agency and services in the Southern California area and providing our services to our members. This is a position that will require a full time commitment (actual hours are flexible though). This is also a very hands on position. You must be comfortable with and around sex and in an adult oriented industry.
Compensation is based upon lucrative percentage of profit share. The better you do, the more you increase our profitability, the more money you make. Easy 6 figures. This position will be responsible for ramping up our services and getting us back on track. The income potential is huge however it is revenue share only and your first check may be available within 3 days of pay date. This however is ENTIRELY up to you and your performance.
