Hello, early 20's female WITH a small 5lb dog who's very friendly, and lives an active, healthy lifestyle. I'm looking to rent a room with private bath. Prefer homes but would rent a room in an apartment given the right circumstance. I also will not do family situations, so no children or husband&wife renting out a room. I just don't feel comfortable with that situation. Prefer Male. I do not smoke, and am a very light, social drinker.
