Elsie is a 9 week old shih tzu puppy. I am RE homing her because my other dogs are to aggressive with her. She is very tiny. She has had her first puppy shot and been wormed by the vet. She prefers to go outside to potty than use puppy pads but will use puppy pads if she has to. She is healthy and happy. No she is not registered. No she can't be registered.
