This video is a Real Estate Agent Profile, the goal of which is to promote the personal brand of the realtor and display what differentiates them in the marketplace. Also, try to highlight their background, specialty, and any additional services they may provide.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Camera that shoots HD (at least 1080p / 1920x1080)
Lav mic (and recorder, if necessary)
Tripod
Light kit is not required but if you have a softbox or on-camera you may bring it just in case.

The Scope:
One (1) on-location shoot up to 90 minutes in length.
One (1) 50-70 second Agent Profile edit (Video CANNOT exceed :70 seconds).
Upload the first cut within 48 hours of the end of the shoot.
Customer is allowed 2 rounds of minor revisions on each edit and revisions should be uploaded within 24 hours.
The Customer does NOT allow reshoots. Therefore, make the agent aware that this is their only shot to get it right.
