Have a decent sized home that really needs work that you wish to rent or sell? I am a mature, christian, caucaision male, who is a finish carpenter/cabinetmaker/furniture desighner, builder, that is in need of a rental residence with a detached and sizeable garage to set up a small wood shop in. Would really like something like a 2 story, farmhouse type home, perhaps with a country lot, with some acreage. For rent considerations I would be willing to put forth my work & remodel a property if the owner would be willing to cover material expenses in exchange for rent or something along those lines. A rent to own deal would really be most interesting to me. Probably will need at least 4 to 5 bedrooms and like stated earlier, would absolutely need a big garage or barn with a decent, level, uncracked cement floor to set my shop up on. The recession was very rough on me, but I am now in a position financially to get back on my feet and to get things seriously rolling with my carpentry work. But I am in need of place to set up a shop to really move forward. I have customers already awaiting me to get set up for various work. I am currently employed and have multiple income sources coming in at this time. So I am not looking for charity of any kind, but for a mutable beneficial situation for myself and an acceptable property owner for this type of desired situation. I already have had a few offers that I have under consideration, but honestly wish to take a little bit of time to consider them while I see what other offers might come in. Would like to find a place however before the end of July, no later than August if possible. I do nice work and specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels and cabinetry.
