My 2 month old 1990 F 250 is having issues. I just bought a new starter like a week ago and it has already crapped. There is some sort of starting issue. When I try to start it, I need to switch between the fuel tanks to get it to start, the front one will not take any gas, and it is empty, and sometimes it dies almost right away. If I rev it, keep it above 1500, it'll stay, then I can let it sit for a bit and no trouble when I drive. If I go right away, it might die if I go real low revs. It idles at about 650. Too low, I know, might even be the main problem, but I can't seem to get the whatever its called to turn to make it idle higher. If you can give me some advice, awesome, if you can come help me, I can pay you, just not right now. I am on SSI, so I would have to wait. I'm also in the middle of a side job right now, and the guy depends on my vehicle. Please give me a hand if you can, and I can fairly recompensate you. Thank you. 2oh6 6oh2 0seven4three. Ryan.
