Found dog. Was full of scratches,dirty,and full of thorns. Now he is clean. Was in the doorsteps ps a neighbor. She said it was not hers. So please let me know if anyone gave this woman who has two kids this dog, and she is denying it, cause she does not want it. She is very to herself and does not like animals. Strange.
