Jack Russell Terrier -ish mix (?) dog with a pink rhinestone collar, black harness, and white flea collar. White with tan markings like a Russell but small like a Chihuahua. Skittish. SEEN at 7:45pm on Forest Hill Ave by Crossroads and darted into Forest Hill Park. No one could get close enough to him/her to help.
