Looking for affordable GC to help us pour slab and frame out, sheath, install windows and doors and and roof our 600 sq ft addition. We already have plans into the county for permitting. Looking to start as soon as we get them approved (1-2 months).

Bear in mind this is on a slab, with a small drop so a couple of steps between one and the other. There is site work as we have a mango tree.

We prefer a builder who is an actual worker not a barfly. Licensed or someone who can put up a guarantee bond and show insurance at the bare minimum (so we know you have something at stake in order to assure us you will see this job to completion).
