The way it works is like this. 1. customer that needs a service will put in a request through our app or website. 2. If that customer is within your chosen service radius then you will get a call from our automated voice service telling you what the customer needs done, and what area their in. 3. If you don't want the job you simply hang up and there is no charge. If you do want the job then you just press 5 and you are immediately connected with that customer free of charge. The only time your card is ever charged the flat rate is when you and the customer have a legitimate business conversation. It's that simple. The flat rate is between $13-$25 depending on what type of service you provide. Let's say we give you 20 leads in a week you only listen to 10 and talk business with 3 people...you are then only charged for the 3 people you talked business with. If your not able to service the customer then you are not charged. Also when you do make contact with a customer no other contractor will have access to them but you.
