we are installing a brand new gas furnace and condenser coil. we are tying it to external heat pump (american standard) this is an r22 3 ton system. we are tying to a honeywell 8000 thermo to avoid installing fossil fuel kit. we are running black iron pipe outside, a 20 foot pipe run with 2 bends.. Columbia gas is redoing its line to this building so we do not have to tie in the gas, only cap our line. I do not need a licensed contractor, we have open permit with city. this is a gig. i need someone familiar with systems and bending metal as I wish to change the configuration of one return. This will take 1 maybe 2 days we estimate. looking for out of work hvac tech to do this. my father is electrical contractor and may start doing some hvac work and so this could result in a permanent.
