Brand new att galaxy 5 phone its contract or u can switch to go plan!!! Have the box and everything it came with including a pink defender otter box!! Nothing wrong with the phone I'm just not able to work it bc its to high tech I guess For what im used to!! Will consider any nagotiations phone has been dropped since i first created post so has very small scratch on the corner but screen is exvellent condition still and so is the phone!!
