Am 60 years old, non smoker, and single with no pets! Am Section 8 approved and have voucher in hand for you - now need to find a place at around 700.00 or so per month - the government guarantees your monthly rent payment on my behalf and will direct deposit that if you wish. They require a 1 year rental agreement so you are set for at least one year! I only have until November 1st to find a place or they will cancel my section 8. Willing to live most anywhere in the Puget Sound area (but am a sucker for a quiet place in the woods) - Port Orchard, Olalla, Burley, Gig Harbor, Purdy, Gorst, Bremerton, Puyallup, Tacoma, Bonney Lake and more if I like your place. I will take most any reasonably decent and clean place to live whether it is city or country - but prefer a 2 bed house, mobile/manufactured home or duplex rather than noisy apartment complexes. Grew up in the country near Olalla/Gig Harbor and like quieter areas and the woods with wild animals, as I enjoy them. Have great references from past landlord who refunded my entire deposit. I will take good care of your property and keep everything in good working order as I am a great handyman and can fix most anything from washers, dryers, dishwashers, furnaces, wiring, plumbing, cars, lawn mowers, computers, et cetera - and lots more if anything breaks down or you simply need some help at some point.
