What buyers should consider,
1. size of the cut out, hole in counter top, so that it will drop in, FIT, with out having to cut the counter top.
( even an 1/8 of and inch will not fit in stone,) easy to cut corrion and wood, Formica, but you will have to get a stone guy to cut tile or stone.
2. looks, size(12, 27, 30, 36, 46, 48, 60"), color( black, white, stainless). BRAND NAMES (wolf, viking)
(best to match the hood above and other appliance if possible. higher end, you are paying more for looks and name brand, parts are similar.)
3. high out put burner 14k to18k btu, continuous grates, simmer, metal knobs, lights on knobs, knobs in front or on right side, child proof ,

I can FIX all your cook top, if you bring in, NO OUT CALLS. ( because I may have to drill or cut open, and access to parts.)
Most cost will be about $100 to $200 plus parts.
