We have a position open for a all around man to help renovate commercial and industrial properties which will include some roofing , electrical work, framing, general carpentry work, some plumbing, etc.. You must be able to do it all or most, from general carpentry to small plumbing and or electrical work (need to be self motivated). Pay depends on your ability to perform. This could work into a full time job if you work out !! The current work schedule is to convert a once manufacturing building into several small contractor sections which may include studding (4" cinderblock wall) , drywall , electrical and some plumbing. Please no want-to-bees , thank you!! We have received several emails from GC's however we're not interested in subbing this work out at the present time. Good steady work for the right person (at least one), could have part time opening for some single phase people but prefer having one all around guy with maybe one or two single phase people (specialty trades , i.e. carpenter, plumber,.)!!
