Hello my name is Brandon (24) and my wife is (28) and we're the owners of AquaVinyl. AquaVinyl is a young company, we have been in business now for 4 years and the company is operated by my wife and I. We replace above ground pool liners and are looking for a helper, or two that are highly intelligent, a very quick learner, handy, must know your basic tools and take instructions and direction very well, you MUST be a very intuitive and be a close listener, as well as following routine procedures, not following the procedures introduced to you could possibly result in neither one of us being paid, and we don't want that. You also must be able to withstand the Florida sun. These jobs are located outdoors, so you need to be prepared to sweat and lift up to 75 lbs. The candidate(s) we are looking for MUST have their own dependable vehicle. You NEED TO HAVE A SMARTPHONE. Preferably Iphone 5 or 6 or IPhone 6 plus due to face time, so I can be out on the job with you via phone whenever a problem arrives. If a Samsung user we have a way to due the same thing just running off of a different platform. You will be traveling throughout the state. Hotels paid for by the company when out of town, gas is added into your base pay. Now your pay will be discussed after your first day of training which could start tomorrow. Based off of your performance we will discuss this tomorrow. My last worker made around $1,050 per week if we had the entire week booked up. Of which we had last year. 6-7 days a week of straight pool jobs. But since I'm short staff we cut down to weekends now. We have advertising in place to boost our jobs up, we are connected with pinch a penny, family pool spa billiards, www.poolsaboveground.com. We have worked very hard on these relationships and now have to many calls to handle. But we have customers who need them done during the weekdays and that is where you will come into play the most for me. I can help on weekends but not on the weekdays unless we book two jobs in one day.
