General laborers needed for residential renovation (Nashville Murfreesboro)
Needing general laborers for residential renovation projects.
Need to have possess basic hand tools.
Must have transportation.
Must be able to follow directions. We will train, but must be able to listen and learn.
Must have strong work ethic. Loafers will be let go immediately.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be reliable. We are very understanding people when life events come up and can be flexible with hours, but we don't have patience for flaky, unreliable types.
Must be interested in performing quality work and not look for ways to cut corners.
Work includes painting, landscaping, carpentry, and demo work. Don't have to be experienced in all aspects of construction but must be able learn and follow directions. Must be generally handy and not afraid of getting dirty. Hours can be somewhat flexible, and will be 20-40 hours per week. Location will change periodically and will be in the Nashville to Murfreesboro areas.
Pay starts at $11 per hour for introductory period and will raise upon performance and skill assessment.
