PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and maximize the opportunity to generate new cases.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

1. Outgoing calls to potential clients on a high volume bases.
2. Assessing the facts of a potential case to determine whether or not the criteria for retention
has been met.
3. Informs the potential client as to whether or not the firm will be able to assist with their
potential marketing strategy and design features.
4. Enters data into the system upon requesting the appropriate information.
5. Sets appointments to meet with clients and finalize retention.
6. Documents telephone conversations and all actions pertinent to the intake process.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs other duties as assigned.
2. Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Two (2) years sales experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
