QR Code Link to This Post I'm sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ by giving bible studies to anyone that wants to learn what the Bible has to say on lots of different topics. This can be at your place, my place, or almost anywhere in between. A restaurant, perhaps. Once a week, or more often if you like.

One other option that I'm trying is in the morning, to text you the next question in the Bible study with the Bible verse(s) to look for the answer, and the short answer that the lesson provides from yesterday's question.

It's important to let the Bible speak. Not take things out of context. Compare all verses that are related to the topic at hand. Don't rely on only one bible version. Try to get answers from the Greek and Hebrew for a better understanding of difficult topics. Also, there are many dichotomies in the Bible, where it appears to disagree with itself. In reality the Bible writers are in total agreement. It's our understanding that's at fault. This is why bible study is so important. Our eternal salvation depends on it. We cannot allow another to make important decisions for us.

Just because everyone believes things a certain way doesn't necessarily make it true. The majority of Christian beliefs today are based on cherry picking verses, while ignoring the meat of the matter. Also, some things are just assumed to be correct because it's easier to go with the flow instead of taking the time to study it out. The enemy of souls is at work here.

Jesus Christ is the major focus and theme throughout the entire Bible. Both old and new testaments. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, believing that the power of God will transform our minds, hearts and lives so that we can live in harmony with the entire universe, living a life that will never end, where love reigns.
