A couple of years ago my wife and I were looking at finding a source to move her much-cherished piano that she had for 40 years.
It was kind of a big deal to her, yet we didn't want to spend a lot to have it done. We called several movers and were a little surprised at how much they quoted. One guy's estimate was several times over what we eventually got and it wasn't like this was a grand piano, though it was heavy.
