I pulled this out of my truck. It is for the gray interior. It is in good shape, with NO broken parts. The stereo hole, mounting screw holes, tabs, and clips are all totally intact. The only holes are one that was drilled for a switch, and 2 small ones where a bracket was mounted, as seen in picture. Some of the factory grey paint is coming off in places, but it's still grey underneath, and is not that noticeable. You can also paint it any color you want with plastic paint.
