We just finished laying our flooring so we have 500sq ft left.
It is still new in boxes!
The wood is prefinished and not stained, it is naturally this dark and absolutely gorgeous.
I was really picky about the wood we selected, this is 3/4" thick and really high quality walnut.
Usually walnut has some blonde streaks but this is absolutely perfect and dark throughout, partly why we have extra - there is virtually no scrap with this wood, it is all usable.
We are also willing to throw in the rolls of hardwood paper that goes down under the wood.
This flooring usually goes for $11/sq ft but we are willing to sell it for about half that price!
