Looking for someone to do grass cutting, debris removal, and hauling. Initial job is to mow grass, clear weeds, overgrowth, clean out small shed, remove dead branches from around shed, and haul away all trash (from yard and shed). Must have own transportation (truck and/or trailer) and equipment including ability to haul away debris. Need to start at 7:00 AM (ideally tomorrow - Thursday, April 23)!

The job is located on the Southside (near Hull Street & Jefferson Davis). The yard is small to medium sized and typical for yards in the area. It has normally been mowed for $35/cut. However, because we are looking for a new maintenance person the grass is longer right now and we are open to negotiating a slightly higher price for the initial cut.

Price for the shed clean out will be in addition to the grass cutting and is negotiable as well.

There is definitely potential for regular periodic maintenance cuts and other recurring work for the right person. The ideal person must be reliable! If you're not professional and reliable (i.e.: no call, no show, excuses, can't work early, etc.) please don't respond to this! If you can't start early in the morning this isn't for you!
