Facility Maintenance Techs, Tradesmen, and Handymen Needed
We are looking for reliable and motivated facility maintenance techs, tradesmen and handymen.
Ideally, individuals and small owner operated businesses where you are on the job. This is not a full time job, you are hired as a sub-contractor.
We dispatch work orders for repairs as they become available. The work orders are reactive repairs for commercial clients that must be completed in a timely manner. The more trades you cover, the more work orders we can send you.
Trades
Partial list of the trades/repairs we provide for our commercial clients; General handyman, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, painting, flooring, glass, roofing, appliance, signs, shade sails, masonry, laminate repair, awnings, etc.
List the trades you cover and any other trades we have not listed that you perform, in your reply
Requirements
Vehicle and tools set-up for the trade
Smartphone
Must be professional, experienced and reliable
If the trade requires, must have certification and license
Pay
We pay 30-45 days after each job is completed
Pay on the job depends on the trade needed, repairs and client that is requesting the work
You are hired as a sub-contractor and must warranty your work
