Handyman needed for minor painting, drywall patch, caulk windows, fix a sump pump, and even some clean up. $16/hr

Because I am getting to bed late, I will not respond until about 8:30, but you could work from 9-5 or so. I can get you a check tomorrow.

You MUST be good at mudding and figure out why the sump pump electrical is.
