Seeking a maintenance handyman for a residential property. This is a temporary arrangement. It's a 5 bedroom 3 bath home, and we are in need of someone who has experience in bathroom remodeling, and who can handle doing odd jobs, preventative maintenance, and fix a few random things. There is touch-up painting, grounds maintenance, and possible mechanical work that needs to be done. Must be detailed oriented.
