WE NEED WORKERS FOR THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.

HIRING 3 PEOPLE ASAP. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SOME OR ALL OF THE SKILLS BELOW.

We run a real estate investment firm that renovates properties and has a need for our rental and rehab properties and are looking for people that have the basic skills to:

1) Paint (interior and exterior)
2) Junk Removal
3) Spackle
4) Install doors and trim
5) Basic landscaping
6) Basic plumbing and electrical (things that don't require permits) such as installing light fixtures
7) Cleaning
8) Tile setting, flooring

Pay is $15/hour. 8 hour days. That means an HONEST 8 hours. No BS'ing around and passing time or you will be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Must be able to work on Saturdays as well.

Need 3 people to start immediately.

Having your own Transportation is a PLUS. Having your own tools is a BIG PLUS.
