Handymen and Pressure Washers Needed (saint louis)
We're looking for individuals or businesses here in Saint Louis interested in becoming independent contractors for our home maintenance website.
Currently we're in need of experienced handymen, pressure washers, and interior painters able to fit a couple more jobs into their schedule each week.
The only fee we would take from the arrangement is a 10% commission on any jobs you complete and are paid for.
After this fee is taken here is an outline of each job's pay:
Pressure Washing- Starting at $215 for 1,500 sq. ft. home exterior
Interior Painting- Starting at $200 for 100 sq. ft. room; 156 sq. ft. $252
Hourly Handyman Services- $54/hour with a 2 hour minimum
As a contractor you would be sent email notifications each time a service is ordered within your service range and then have the option to log onto our site and accept the job based on its value, location, and the necessary services.
