In excellent condition. Comes with brackets and carry case. Able to hang on the door easily without drilling or you can attach it to the wall or it can be hung onto the wall. ~6 ft tall. Great for small apartments without alot of space. Very sturdy. 6 levels total one under the tent canopy. This cat tower is nicely done and made with thick material that has not snagged. I paid over $200 for this tower but decided to go another direction. It was hung up briefly so is essentially brand new. $95
